Property Planning/Improvement

  • Add launch pads on the Bluestone

  • Stabilize Bramwell Reservoir and develop a town park in the surrounding area.

  • Clean up River-Simmons Road

  • Clean Bluestone to Montcalm with help from DNR and Bramwell Sportsmen Club

  • Establish a trail on RR from Coopers to Bramwell

  • Establish "The Native American Princess Trail" (501-c-3) connecting Matoaka to Pocahontas (RR track)

  • Provide transit/bus shelters.

Restoration

  • Restore Historic Pence Hotel and Theater

  • Establish a town clock in front of the historic Masonic Temple

  • Find grants for dilapidated structures.

  • Continue to complete the restoration of the downtown area.
